Purpose, Scope and Principles
This Prohibited Activities Schedule forms part of the Peer Creators Policy Pack and is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use and Conditions. It sets out the activities, content, and conduct that are not permitted on or through the Peer Creators marketplace, whether in a listing, a booking, a message, a review, or any other use of the Platform.
This Schedule applies to all Users — Space Hosts, Creator Pros, Clients, production companies, invitees, and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform. For the purposes of this Schedule, "Company", "we", "us" or "our" means Peer Creators FZ-LLC; "Platform" means the Peer Creators website and related services; and "User" means any registered or unregistered user of the Platform.
This Schedule is guided by three principles: (1) compliance with UAE law and public morals; (2) safety of people, property, and data; and (3) transparency to Hosts and Users about what is and is not permitted. It is not an exhaustive list of every possible violation. We reserve the right to prohibit any activity that, in our reasonable judgment, creates legal, safety, reputational, or platform-integrity risk.
This Schedule works alongside the Trust, Safety, Reporting and Enforcement Policy, the Insurance and COI Requirements Policy, and the other Incorporated Policies.
Absolute Prohibitions (No Exceptions, Any Tier)
The following activities are absolutely prohibited on or through the Platform, regardless of risk tier, insurance cover, host consent, or permits. These are non-negotiable. Any attempt to book, list, message, or facilitate these activities will result in immediate enforcement, up to and including permanent account termination and referral to UAE authorities.
Criminal activity
Any act that constitutes a crime under UAE law, including fraud, theft, assault, coercion, or any activity that could reasonably lead to criminal investigation or prosecution.
Adult or sexual content
Pornography, escort services, sexual services, nudity-for-hire, or any production whose primary purpose is adult entertainment. This includes implied or explicit solicitation.
Gambling, betting or games of chance
Casino nights, poker for money, raffle schemes, lottery operations, sports betting promotions, or any other gambling activity prohibited by UAE law.
Insult to religions, state symbols or public order
Content or activity that insults Islam, other religions, the UAE, its rulers, its symbols, or public morals; or that promotes sedition, defamation of public officials, or disruption of public order.
Hate speech, discrimination or incitement
Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Narcotics, controlled substances or drug paraphernalia
Use, possession, sale, promotion, or filming that glorifies illegal drugs, vaping of prohibited substances, or distribution of drug-related paraphernalia.
Weapons, explosives or dangerous materials
Firearms, ammunition, explosives, pyrotechnics without proper licensing, hazardous chemicals, or the use of any weapon or dangerous material without all required permits and host consent.
Animal welfare violations
Activities that harm, abuse, or exploit animals, including unauthorised animal performances, fighting, or filming that causes preventable distress.
Money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion
Any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds, evade sanctions, or support proscribed organisations or individuals.
"No exceptions" means that no Host consent, insurance policy, permit, or disclaimer can override these prohibitions. If you are unsure whether an activity falls into one of these categories, assume it is prohibited and contact create@peercreators.com before proceeding.
Content, Filming and Media
All filming, photography, streaming, and media production on or through the Platform must comply with UAE law, the rights of the people filmed, and the rules of the venue. The following rules apply specifically to content creation and media activities:
Image, privacy and publicity rights
You must obtain all necessary consents, releases, and waivers from recognisable individuals, property owners, and rights holders. This includes talent releases, location releases, and music or brand clearances.
Restricted locations
Filming at government buildings, military installations, airports, ports, palaces, mosques, schools, hospitals, or other sensitive locations is prohibited unless you have obtained all required permits and written authorisations.
Drones and unmanned aircraft
Drones are permitted only with GCAA registration, required no-fly-zone clearance, host consent, and appropriate insurance. Indoor micro-drones may be allowed with host consent only.
Paid or promotional content
Commercial filming, advertising, branded content, or influencer promotions must comply with UAE Media Council requirements and must be disclosed to the Host at the time of booking.
Third-party intellectual property
You may not use the Platform to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other IP rights. This includes unauthorised use of music, footage, logos, or designs in productions.
Misinformation, deepfakes, or deceptive media
You may not create, host, or distribute content that is materially deceptive, defamatory, or that uses AI-generated likenesses or deepfakes without the subject's explicit consent.
Alcohol and Entertainment
Alcohol is treated as a conditional activity. It is permitted only where all of the following are true:
- The venue has the appropriate liquor licence for the type of service (on-licence, off-licence, or event licence, as applicable);
- The Host has explicitly authorised alcohol service in the booking or listing rules;
- The service complies with the emirate's laws on responsible service, hours, and consumer age; and
- No sale, promotion, or consumption occurs in a dry zone or in a manner that violates local regulations.
Unlicensed alcohol sales
Selling alcohol without a licence, running a cash bar in an unlicensed venue, or distributing alcohol to minors is an absolute prohibition and will be reported to authorities.
Adult entertainment, exotic dancers, or any entertainment whose primary purpose is sexual or provocative performance is prohibited regardless of venue or licence. Live music, DJs, and other performances may require additional permits, such as Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) entertainment permits or Dubai Culture approvals, depending on the venue and emirate.
Events, Gatherings and Ticketing
Peer Creators distinguishes between ordinary bookings (small productions, meetings, and private gatherings) and Event-Mode bookings. Event-Mode applies when any of the following thresholds are met:
| Threshold | Event-Mode trigger |
|---|---|
| Attendance | 30 or more persons expected at the venue at the same time |
| Ticketing | The event is ticketed, sold, or promoted to the public |
| Budget | The total booking value exceeds AED 10,000 (excluding deposits and optional add-ons) |
Event-Mode bookings must acknowledge the Event-Mode gate at checkout. The gate requires the booker to confirm that all applicable permits are in place, that the Host has approved the event use, and that the venue capacity is suitable for the expected attendance. For High-tier risk events, the Insurance and COI Requirements Policy also applies.
Unpermitted large gatherings
Hosting a public event or large gathering without the required permits from DET, police, civil defence, or the relevant authority is prohibited.
Private events under 30 guests
Permitted with host consent and compliance with the venue's rules and local regulations. No special permit gate is required unless the activity is otherwise High-tier.
Residential and Holiday-Home Venues
Residential listings, including apartments, villas, and holiday homes, are subject to additional restrictions. Hosts must ensure that their use of the property as a Platform listing does not violate building rules, community rules, strata bylaws, tenancy agreements, or applicable short-term-rental regulations.
- Prohibited: Using a residential listing for commercial events that exceed the property's permitted use, disturb neighbours, or violate community rules.
- Prohibited: Sub-leasing a property on the Platform without the owner's written consent or in breach of a tenancy agreement.
- Conditional: Filming, photo shoots, and small private meetings in a residential unit are permitted only with the Host's explicit authorisation and provided they comply with the building's access, noise, and parking rules.
Hosts are responsible for maintaining accurate listing information, including any restrictions on noise, guest capacity, parking, and permitted uses. Misrepresentation is a violation of this Schedule and the Terms of Use.
Minors and Child Talent
The Platform takes child protection seriously. Any booking involving minors (under 18 years of age) as talent, models, performers, or participants must comply with UAE child-protection and child-labour laws and the following rules:

Enhanced Verification
Bookings involving minors may require Enhanced Verification of the booker's identity, the guardian's identity, and the production's purpose and distribution.
Chaperoning and working hours
Minors must be supervised at all times. Working hours must be reasonable and must not interfere with schooling or endanger the child's welfare.
Exploitative or harmful content
Any content that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or harms minors is absolutely prohibited and will be reported to authorities immediately.
Safety and Premises
All Users must prioritise safety. The following safety-related activities are prohibited or conditionally restricted:
- Prohibited: Tampering with fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits, or safety equipment.
- Prohibited: Blocking emergency exits, overloading electrical systems, or using unventilated generators or fuel indoors.
- Conditional: Rigging, scaffolding, work at height, pyrotechnics, open flame, and stunts are permitted only with appropriate permits, insurance, qualified personnel, and host consent.
- Conditional: Swimming pools, water features, rooftops, and balconies may be used only in accordance with the listing rules and applicable safety guidelines.
Hosts must disclose known safety hazards, access restrictions, and building rules. Bookers must comply with all safety instructions and must not pressure Hosts or staff to waive safety requirements.

The Platform works only when Users trust it. The following integrity-related conduct is prohibited:
Off-platform circumvention
